<p>The discussions will focus on practical engagement between Russian and European producers of railway machinery, improvements in products and performance of manufacturers, as well as the prospects for introduction of new lean manufacturing solutions.</p>
<p>Up to 300 representatives of the professional community are expected to take part in the conference, including heads of transport authorities of Russia and Germany, international organisations, industry unions and associations, representatives of leading Russian and foreign transport engineering companies and heads of international venture capital funds.</p>
<p><em>The international conference "Railway Engineering: Partnership Between the 1520 and 1435 Rail Gauge Manufacturers"</em> <em>is an annual event held within the framework of major industry fairs during </em><em>Innotrans in Berlin</em> <em>or as part of the </em><a href="http://www.expo1520.com/"><em>EXPO 1520 International Rail Salon</em></a><em> in Shcherbinka.</em><br>
<em>The key idea of the event is to promote efforts to synchronise approaches to development of railway engineering in the 1520 and 1435 economies to benefit manufacturers and consumers of railway machinery.</em><br>
<em>Heads of specialised international organisations, numerous experts in railway engineering, certification and introduction of technical innovations are expected to make a substantial contribution to the event.</em></p>
<p>The event is held under the auspices and with the support of <a href="http://www.rzd.ru/">Russian Railways</a> JSCo.<br>
