Graduated from Kiev Polytechnic institute, a degree in electrical engineer. Afterwards has defended a dissertation and took a degree of doctor of science in Technical University in Dresden. Works in Siemens AG since 1991. Has managed "Locomotives" in "Transport equipment" Department. Assisted in realization of a number of key national and international Siemens projects in the sphere of railway traffic. Since April, 2006, appointed a President of Siemens in Russia and Vice-president of Siemens AG.
