Pavilion for France uniting at Expo1520
Among the more than 300 exhibitors at the Experimental Ring of JSC Russian Railway Research Institute (VNIIZhT) (Moscow, Shcherbinka) from 11 to 14 September 2013, there will be a separate pavilion for France uniting the best French specialists in the railway sector.
The French railway sector is recognised around the world as one of the most advanced and highly developed in all areas (rolling stock, tracks, engineering facilities, etc.). Total turnover in the French railway industry reached EUR 5 billion in 2012 with exports accounting for EUR 1 billion of that amount.
As part of EXPO 1520, the French companies participating in the Fourth International Rail Salon of Engineering and Technologies will present the latest advances in their fields at Pavilion No. 3.
The Fourth International Rail Salon of Engineering and Technologies EXPO 1520 is a key event for the sector that is devoted to the railway equipment, technologies, infrastructure, services and logistics of the railway industry.
Last year’s exhibition was attended by 250 participants and attracted some 10,000 visitors who discovered the rich pallet of railway equipment.
In 2013, the scale of the event will expand considerably with demonstrations of the latest railway machinery and engineering equipment manufactured by Russian and foreign railway engineering enterprises on display at 6 pavilions with total area of 3,300 square metres and an open exhibition area of 1,100 square metres.
EXPO 1520, the main railway salon on CIS territory, is an indispensable meeting place for any company wishing to work in this region.

EXPO 1520 is a specialist international Salon featuring the latest achievements in the field of equipment, technologies, infrastructure, services and logistics for the railway industry. It is the only international rail Salon in the “1520 area”.
The purpose of the event is to present the latest railway equipment and technologies manufactured by Russian and foreign railway engineering companies.
