From 1992 - Partner in Roland Berger's Transportation Competence Center in Munich. His work primarily focuses on railways and the rail supply industry in Europe and the Middle East. His client base consists of many European railway companies, public transport operators and important manufacturers of rolling stock and rail infrastructure. His expertise includes strategy development, reorganization, business process reengineering, marketing and operational topics. Andreas also has functional expertise in value-based management, having published several articles and a book on the topic.
