Born in 1980.
Graduated from the Moscow auto-road Institute in 2002 (the State technical university) on a speciality the civil engineer of highways and airdromes.
In 2006 he got the scientific degree of Cand.Tech.Sci. by results of dissertation protection on application of nanostructured modified cement concrete in a design of coverings of highways.
In structure of Group Sinara works since 2007 being the assistant to the general director - the director of the Moscow branch of Sinara - Transport Machines and the assistant to the general director - the director of the Moscow branch of Ural locomotives. Enters into Board of Directors of the Ural Diesel engine-motor Factory, Ljudinovsky Teplovozostroitelnyj Factory and All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Railway Transport.
Conducts active public work in Association of Manufacturers of Railway Technics, being the vice-president and the chairman of committee on innovations and technological development, and also in the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, being the vice-president of Committee on technical regulation, standardization and a correspondence estimation.
Enters into the Russian union of young scientists.
According to the order of Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation he nominee is included in the structure of the Federal reserve of administrative shots of the President of Russia.
Since 2010 - General Director of Center Innovative Development STM.
